Welcome to the State Fair of Texas *

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ:   EXHIBIT SPACE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.  ALL DECISIONS TO SELECT EXHIBITORS AND CONTRACT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE SHALL BE AT THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS.  THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONTRACT WITH BUSINESSES THAT DISPLAY UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.  ALL APPLICATIONS WILL RECEIVE DUE CONSIDERATION.  EXHIBIT SELECTION BEGINS IN MARCH AND CONTINUES UNTIL ALL SPACE IS ALLOCATED.
 
·       Exhibitor, at its sole cost, must provide all furniture, carpet, fixtures, decorations and signs. All signage must be approved in writing by State Fair of Texas Exhibits Department.  
·         All exhibits must be open at 10:00 A.M. each day of the 2017 Fair and remain open until 9:00 P.M. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday.  
·         There is no complimentary parking.  Exhibitor must purchase parking passes if onsite parking is required.  
·         Exhibitor must purchase commercial general liability insurance coverage provided through a master policy for exhibitors at the 2017 Fair.  Premiums for the insurance coverage will be collected by State Fair of Texas.  
·         Exhibitor must provide proof of either workers' compensation insurance or occupational accident insurance coverage.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
